Ardyss Exchange Policy

No Cash Refunds – No Exceptions

Please follow the next steps if you wish to exchange your item purchased for a smaller/larger size within 30 days of sale date only! You can only exchange your garment Once.

• Make sure your garment is clean, free from any odor and with no tears. The garment can't be washed, but you can wipe away any marks with a baby wipe.
• Get Money Order/Cashier Check, payable to “Ardyss-BodyShaper” for $22.00.

Send the product you want to exchange in PERFECT CONDITION along with a note indicating the new size wanted to our warehouse located at:

* Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges. We will not pay your shipping.

* All exchanges must include the $22 dollar exchange fee otherwise your garment will be returned to you.  Payment must only be made is a Money Order or Cashier Check. Exchanges may take 5-7 business days. Please be patient.
